Replacement cabinets installed!

Two of our contractor’s senior carpenters completed installation of our replacement cabinets that had to be reordered because a design measurement error:

The center cabinet in the island was originally much wider. If you click on these, they expand. In this one and the next, you can see a glimpse of the new hardwood floors.
The back of the island decorative trim that faces the living room. The counter is not actually in the right spot as the team continues to finish the install. This side will have more of an overhang for seating.
The new 21-inch tall cabinet. It had originally planned to be 24 inches.

We’re not sure what happens tomorrow, but we know that the bathroom tile is on site and that T will be back to finish the cabinet install. On Friday, appliances are planned to be installed. As has become custom after the SNAFU, they aren’t specifying steps and we aren’t asking. Even with the mystery, we’re thrilled!
